Truckaurbus keeps a verified catalogue of new commercial vehicles and construction machines sold in India: verified specifications, prices with their basis (maker, dealer, reported, estimate), what owners and drivers say per pillar, dealers by PIN code, and a consented route to send a buyer’s enquiry to a dealer. The API is versioned in the path (/v1) and lives at https://api.truckaurbus.com. Every response is JSON. You authenticate with a key from your account page; the key’s tier sets your limits.

What you can read and write

  • GET /v1/variants searches with filters (class, maker, body, fuel, axle, GVW, price, power) and returns facets.
  • GET /v1/variants/{slug} is the full sheet: spec groups, prices with kind and date, media, siblings.
  • GET /v1/variants/{slug}/ratings is what owners and drivers say, per pillar: scores and counts. The comments themselves stay on truckaurbus.com.
  • GET /v1/machines is the construction-machine register: search by class, maker, weight and power; GET /v1/machines/{slug} the sheet, /cost the cost an hour, /ratings what operators say, /attachments what fits; GET /v1/machines/attachments the attachments register.
  • GET /v1/manufacturers, GET /v1/dealers?pin=, GET /v1/pincodes/{pin}.
  • POST /v1/leads records a buyer’s request with explicit consent and routes it to the dealer.
  • GET /v1/work and GET /v1/work/{slug} are vehicles by the work they do; GET /v1/compare, /compare/cost and /compare/fit put two to four side by side; GET /v1/words is the glossary in en, hi and ta.
  • GET /v1/circle/questions is the Circle’s board, GET /v1/circle/questions/{id} one question with its answers, GET /v1/variants/{slug}/questions the answered questions about one variant.
  • GET /v1/breakdown/near?pin= and GET /v1/breakdown/rsa are the roadside directory and the makers’ assistance lines.
  • GET /v1/khali and its writes are your own Khali daala cards; GET /v1/khali/card/{code} and POST /v1/khali/card/{code}/offers are a broker’s side.
  • Business keys get GET /v1/export/variants.csv, GET /v1/export/machines.csv and the used market (GET /v1/market/listings, GET /v1/market/lots), read only; enterprise keys register webhooks.
