Near a PIN
GET /v1/breakdown/near?pin=&km= lists mechanics, tyre shops and parts shops around a PIN code, nearest first, within km (100 by default). This is the one directory door that keeps the numbers: a driver on the roadside needs to call, so each row carries its phones and its hours. Show them as they come, and show the distance.
The makers’ roadside lines
GET /v1/breakdown/rsa is every maker’s roadside-assistance number, verified, one row per maker with the hours and what the line covers. Cache it for a day; it changes rarely, and a maker’s line is the first call for a vehicle under warranty.
Neither door counts a call against a person: the limits are the key’s, as everywhere on v1.
